Our approach to design is to consult with the client, utilising the many, many year’s knowledge in installing heating and air conditioning systems. We produce a detailed report, specification and drawings of the solution to the requirement, which we discuss personally with the client, making any and as many, changes as are necessary, before finalising the scheme. We believe patience is of the utmost importance at this stage.
With our computer aided design (CAD) systems, the Thermalair design facility is set up to produce high quality layouts and drawings, with a high speed turnaround, so numerous changes to design are not a problem.
Once the client is satisfied and an order placed we allocate a dedicated project team to the job, (no matter how big or small) who will see the job through. The team leader will make as many trips to site as are necessary, to
ensure the job goes smoothly and to plan and will communicate with the client throughout. We believe very strongly in the personal approach to business. |  |
