Thermalair offers excellent after sales service. We provide low cost scheduled maintenance and service to air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.

Thermalair engineers, supported from our East Anglia Distribution Centre, hold extensive van spares and aim to respond to faults within 24 hours.

Once a job is completed we log it on our extensive database and keep an ongoing dedicated detailed file with all information relating to the work carried out. The database flags up whenever service and maintenance is due. We will then contact the customer and arrange a mutually convenient date to carry out the work. This means the customer does not have to worry about remembering to book a service, We will do it all.

Thermalair service engineers are highly trained dedicated and knowledgeable. We carry out service and repairs to any manufacturers’ product.
